When a couple books and confirms their booking, you earn cashback. Paid via PayNow on the 15th of each month.
Commissions follow a two-stage hold designed to protect both you and the studio. 40% of your commission is released 45 days after the couple's deposit is paid. The remaining 60% is released 14 days after their wedding date. Payouts are batched and sent on the 15th of each month via PayNow, with a minimum payout balance of S$200. If your payable balance is below S$200 in any given month, it carries forward to the next month with no expiry while your account is active.
If the booking is cancelled before your commission has been paid out, that commission is voided. If it has already been paid out, the amount is offset against your next monthly payout. We are upfront about this because hidden clawbacks erode trust.
No. Affiliates cannot refer their own household. Our system automatically detects matching contact details, addresses, wedding dates, and other signals. Self-referral attempts result in voided commissions and may pause your account.
No. Our packages are already heavily discounted, and we have no margin to add a customer-side discount. The cashback is yours alone, paid out of our marketing budget. The customer pays the same standard pricing as any other booking.
