Common Questions

What does the AI change, and what does it keep?

It only changes what you specifically ask for, like a small mark or a colour tweak. Your face, expression, body proportions, pose, clothing, jewellery, background, and lighting all stay as captured.

Why does this work better than free AI tools online?

Our editing instructions were written by The Aurora Wedding photographers using their experience across thousands of weddings, so the AI knows what bridal portraits should look like, not generic airbrushing.

How long does my photo stay on your server?

Your uploads and edited versions sit on our own private server, never shared with third-party freelancers, and are auto-deleted after 30 days. You can also delete every file yourself the moment your edit is generated, straight from the result page.

What if I don't like the result?

Each AI Photo Retouch credit comes with one free re-do (a fresh set of three previews). If it's still not right after the re-do, message us on WhatsApp and our human editor can step in. The hand-retouch is a separate paid service, quoted based on the work involved, and we'll share the price before any work starts.

I'm not getting in. Why?

The retouch is only open to couples who've booked with us, so your booking reference number and the last 4 digits of your mobile must match the package on file. Both fields appear on your invoice and confirmation messages. If you've checked both and still can't get in, message us on WhatsApp.
