It costs $42 if either of you is Singaporean or Permanent Resident and $380 if both of you are foreigners. We are NOT Registry of Marriages (ROM) and we are not authorised to conduct weddings, sign and issue wedding certificate. Please contact ROM Centre to submit your marriage application.
