Currency, Tax, and Bank Charges: All amounts are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Where The Aurora Wedding is GST-registered, prices are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated as “excluding GST”; where not GST-registered, no GST is charged. International transfer charges, currency conversion charges, and payment-platform fees are borne by the Client.
Quote Validity and Pricing Errors: Quotations are valid until the end of the current calendar month from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the quotation. After expiry, prices may be updated to reflect prevailing rates and inventory availability. The Aurora Wedding reserves the right to correct manifest errors in pricing or service descriptions, including typographical and computational errors. A booking based on a manifestly erroneous price is not enforceable; the Client will be offered the corrected price or a full refund of any payment made.
Variation by Client: Additions to the booking (extra hours, extra outfits, extra services) are subject to availability and are charged at the add-on rates published at https://theaurorawedding.com/addons (or shown on the Client's own add-ons page) at the time of the addition, not at package or package-builder prices. Reductions to the booking after confirmation do not entitle the Client to a refund of the value of the removed component.
No Change or Swap of Package After Confirmation: Once a package is confirmed (any payment has been made towards it), its contents and price are fixed. It cannot be changed, swapped, switched, exchanged or converted into a different package, including a package from the online package builder, a landing page, a promotion or a quotation issued after confirmation, and amounts paid cannot be transferred to a different package. Package prices include bundle savings that apply only to services confirmed together before payment, because the whole team and every hour are planned and booked as one job. Services added after confirmation are booked separately, so they are charged at add-on rates. The Client is responsible for checking that a package includes everything needed before confirming it.
Additional Packages for the Same Event: A further package or quotation obtained for the same event date as an existing confirmed booking, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number or email address, is treated as an addition to the existing booking and is charged at add-on rates; any difference is payable as an addition to the existing invoice. A genuinely separate event on a different date may be booked as a new package.
Variation by The Aurora Wedding: Substantive changes to the agreed services by The Aurora Wedding (other than substitutions of equal or higher calibre as expressly permitted in these Terms) require the Client’s written agreement.
Contact With Vendors (Non-Circumvention): You (including any person related to you) shall not, prior to the latest event date if you have multiple bookings with us, contact any vendor, supplier, or other party having business dealings with The Aurora Wedding regarding the purchase of goods and services or any aspect of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, without our prior written consent. Where the Client breaches this obligation, the Client shall pay liquidated damages of SGD 1,000 per day of breach. The parties agree that this sum represents a genuine pre-estimate of the loss The Aurora Wedding would suffer from circumvention of its commercial relationships, including loss of supplier exclusivity, loss of margin on displaced bookings, and reputational harm with partners. This sum is not a penalty and is reasonable having regard to the value of The Aurora Wedding’s curated supplier network.
Rescheduling of Package Usage Date: You are entitled to a one-time rescheduling of the package usage date at no additional cost, provided that written notice is given at least one (1) month prior to the original scheduled wedding event date. Any request to change the package date made within one (1) month of the event will not be accepted. If no rescheduling is permitted due to late notice and you do not proceed with the event, the paid amount will be forfeited.
Mandatory Information Deadline: All essential details (such as venue address and event itinerary) must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, with all payments forfeited.
Late Arrangement Fee: For packages that include bride makeup, non-bride makeup, photography, or videography, the Client must complete the wedding details form (at /client/form.php) before arrangements can be made. If the form remains incomplete after three (3) reminders sent by The Aurora Wedding (a mix of WhatsApp and email), a Late Arrangement Fee will be added to the Client’s invoice. The fee is S$80 (regular date) or S$150 (hot or super hot date) when the wedding is between 2 to 4 weeks away, and S$150 (regular) or S$300 (hot or super hot) when the wedding is less than 2 weeks away. For hot or super hot dates with the wedding more than 4 weeks away, the fee is S$80. The fee covers the higher cost of last-minute outsourcing to third-party professionals when in-house professionals can no longer be secured, and the additional reactive coordination it forces on our team. The Client will receive notice of the exact fee amount and effective date in every reminder. Most clients never incur this fee.
Availability, Assignment, and Your Wedding Planner Form: The following applies to every package that includes bride makeup, non-bride makeup, photography, or videography.
What Your Payment Secures: Confirming and paying for a package secures your package, your price, and your date in our schedule. It does not, by itself, guarantee that every service in your package can be fulfilled at the exact times and locations you provide later.
Acceptance Is An Estimate, Not A Guarantee: At the point of confirmation we do not yet have your timings, venues, or locations. Without those, we cannot check any professional's availability and we cannot hold or secure any arrangement on your behalf. Our acceptance of your booking means only that, based on our schedule at that moment, we believe there is a reasonable possibility of fulfilling your services. This is an estimate and never a guarantee.
When Availability Is Checked: Availability can only be checked once your wedding planner form is complete. Only at that point can we confirm whether any service is unavailable.
How Professionals Are Assigned: Assignment is on a first come, first served basis, determined by the order in which wedding planner forms are completed, not the order in which bookings are made or paid. We select and assign the professional ourselves. The best professional available at that time is assigned to the couple whose form was completed first.
Why Speed Matters: The sooner your form is complete, the higher the likelihood we secure a professional for you before they are taken by another couple. On popular and peak dates, professionals can be fully assigned within days of those dates opening.
Changes After Assignment: If your details change after assignment, including timings or locations, the assigned professional may no longer be available and reassignment is again subject to availability.
Disclosure Of Assigned Professionals: Assigned professional details are shared with you 7 days before your event date.
Limitation Of Liability: The Aurora Wedding is not liable for any service that becomes unavailable as a result of incomplete details, late submission of the wedding planner form, or details changed after assignment, nor for any loss, cost, or disappointment arising from that unavailability.
Alternatives And Refund: Where a service cannot be fulfilled for the reasons above, we will make reasonable efforts to assign a suitable alternative professional of equivalent standard. Where no alternative can be assigned, the value of that unfulfilled service will be refunded to you.
Conduct and Termination: The Aurora Wedding may terminate this Agreement without refund if the Client or any related party behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to our team, vendors, or operations.
Late Payment: If an invoice is not paid in full by its due date, a late payment charge of 5% per day (simple, calculated on the outstanding balance as at the due date) accrues from the first day the invoice is overdue and continues until the invoice is paid in full. The accrued charge is added to the invoice on the 7th day overdue (covering the first 7 days) and increases each day thereafter. The Client will be notified by email and WhatsApp on the 1st and 3rd day overdue, on the 7th day when the charge is applied, and weekly thereafter with the updated balance. For packages that include photography or videography, all photos and videos may be permanently deleted if the invoice remains unpaid 14 days after it becomes overdue. The Client shall additionally reimburse The Aurora Wedding for documented collection costs (including legal fees on a solicitor-and-own-client basis, debt collection agency fees, and court filing fees).
Indemnification: The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless The Aurora Wedding, its employees, partners, and subcontractors from third-party claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from matters within the Client’s reasonable control, including: venue damage caused by the Client or guests, guest conduct, inaccurate information provided by the Client, breach of these Terms by the Client, and breach of the warranties in Section 15 (Minors and Third-Party Image Consent).
Claims Period: The Aurora Wedding reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances, damages, or penalties for a period of up to six (6) years from the event date or the date of the breach, whichever is later, in line with the Limitation Act of Singapore.
Non-Refundable Payments: Subject to Section 2.3 (Force Majeure Refund Mechanic) and the non-excludable provisions of the Frustrated Contracts Act of Singapore, all payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. The non-refundable nature reflects The Aurora Wedding’s good-faith pre-commitment of professionals, time slots, partner allocations, and inventory holds, which cannot be reasonably resold or redeployed once made.
Cancellation by Client: All deposits paid to The Aurora Wedding are fully non-refundable in all circumstances. The Client remains liable to pay the outstanding balance of the contract price even if the Client cancels the package, regardless of whether any of the services in the package were used. The amount owed depends on when the Client cancels, in line with the payment schedule of the confirmed quotation. This reflects the diminishing ability to redeploy professionals and inventory as the event date approaches and is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss to The Aurora Wedding.
Force Majeure Definition: “Force majeure” means an event beyond The Aurora Wedding’s reasonable control, including: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions or orders, civil unrest, severe weather conditions, venue closures, power failures, acts of terrorism, foreign government action affecting destination services, and material disruption to international travel.
Force Majeure Refund Mechanic: Where performance is rendered impossible by a force majeure event, The Aurora Wedding will (a) first offer to reschedule the affected services within 24 months at no additional cost; (b) if rescheduling is impracticable, refund the Client an amount equal to the contract price less (i) costs reasonably incurred by The Aurora Wedding up to the date of frustration, (ii) the value of services already performed, and (iii) any non-refundable third-party expenses (such as non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, hotel cancellation fees, or partner deposits already paid). The Client agrees that this constitutes a fair and reasonable refund mechanic for the purposes of section 2(2) of the Frustrated Contracts Act.
Administrative Delays: Temporary administrative or processing delays do not provide grounds for a refund where The Aurora Wedding remains capable of fulfilling its obligations.
Good-Faith Negotiation: Should any dispute arise, the Client agrees to contact us in writing and engage in good-faith negotiations for a period of at least 14 working days before pursuing any other action. The Client agrees to engage in good-faith resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. In the event of an unsuccessful chargeback or reversed dispute, the Client shall be responsible for any associated administrative fees and costs incurred by The Aurora Wedding.
Mediation Before Litigation: Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall first be referred to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre under its Mediation Rules in force at the time. No party may commence court proceedings unless mediation has been attempted and concluded. Mediation costs are shared equally unless the parties agree otherwise. This clause does not prevent a party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from the Singapore courts.
Aggregate Liability Cap: The total aggregate liability of The Aurora Wedding to the Client under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client under the affected service. The Aurora Wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress.
Non-Excludable Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by The Aurora Wedding’s negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Interchangeable Terms: For purposes of these Terms, the terms “article” and “item” shall be interchangeable.
Inclusion: Items include gowns, dresses, suits, kua, cheongsam, shoes, accessories, and any items owned by The Aurora Wedding or its partners.
Confirmation and Non-Refundability: A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation. If the event date is within two (2) weeks at the time of confirmation, the full fee is payable upfront instead, as the balance would otherwise fall due within days of the deposit. All amounts paid are fully non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. All packages or ala carte orders are valid for 2 years from the date of signing, subject to item availability. A package whose event has not taken place within those 2 years expires automatically at the end of that period. Cancellations within 1 month of the event date will be charged at the full rate, regardless of item usage.
Collection and Returns: All items must be collected one day before or on the event date. Items must be returned on the event date itself, or by 8pm on the day after the event date at the latest. Late returns incur a fee of $100 per day. Items are the property of The Aurora Wedding and partners, and the Client is liable for any damage or loss. Any pre-existing damage must be reported within 8 hours of collection; otherwise, all damage is deemed to have occurred while in the Client’s possession and the Client will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Made to Measure: Measurements are taken by the consultant and agreed upon. Once cutting begins, the cost of fabric and labour to date is non-refundable irrespective of cancellation. Changes after cutting begins are chargeable. Alterations are included as part of the package (where applicable), but additional adjustments beyond initial alterations may incur fees.
Fitting Attendance: The Client is responsible for attending scheduled fittings. Missed fittings may compress the alteration window; The Aurora Wedding is not liable for fit imperfections caused by missed or rescheduled fittings within 14 days of the event.
Item Substitution: Where a confirmed item is rendered unavailable due to damage, loss, or supplier withdrawal, The Aurora Wedding may substitute the item with a comparable alternative of equal or higher value. Such substitution does not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Fabric Sensitivity: The Client shall disclose any known fabric or dye sensitivities. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for skin reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities.
Scope: Makeup and hair styling services include the preparation and application of professional-grade cosmetic products and hair styling for the Client and any additional persons specified in the confirmed quotation.
Booking Slots: Each session is booked in 2-hour blocks, with each fresh look or touch-up sized to the standard time of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. If less than the full block is available due to delays caused by the Client, the artiste will complete the work as best as possible within the available time.
Venue Permission and Suitability: The Client is responsible for obtaining the permission of the venue (hotel, banquet hall, ROM, residence, or any other location) for the makeup artist to perform makeup and hair styling on the premises, and for ensuring the venue is suitable for that work. A suitable venue includes adequate lighting, a stable seating arrangement, sufficient working space, access to a power point, and acceptable ventilation. The Aurora Wedding reserves the right to cancel the makeup service without refund if, on arrival, the venue does not permit the work or is not suitable for the artiste to perform her work safely and to professional standards.
Health and Allergy Disclosure: The Client shall disclose, in writing before the event, any allergies (including to cosmetics, fragrances, latex, or specific ingredients), skin sensitivities, pregnancy, recent medical or aesthetic procedures, or other health conditions that may be relevant to makeup or hair services. A patch test 7 days before the event is available on request and is recommended for sensitive skin.
Cosmetic Reaction: While The Aurora Wedding uses professional-grade products, the Client acknowledges that allergic or skin reactions can occur. The Aurora Wedding’s liability for any cosmetic-related reaction is limited to the cost of the affected service, save for cases of negligence by The Aurora Wedding’s personnel which are governed by Singapore law and Section 3 of these Terms.
Hygiene: Brushes and applicators are sanitised between clients in accordance with industry practice. Single-use applicators are used where appropriate.
Artiste Substitution: If the assigned artiste is unable to attend, an exchange will be arranged with advance notice. A penalty of SGD 200 to SGD 400 applies if the artiste is exchanged within 3 days of the event.
Weather and Cancellations: Complimentary re-dos are not provided for weather-related cancellations. The Client is responsible for arranging a sheltered or indoor shooting location as a backup plan in case of bad weather. Unused sessions may be credited at The Aurora Wedding’s discretion.
Payment and Refund: The remaining balance must be paid one (1) week before the event date or by the due date stated on the invoice, whichever is earlier. Refunds for makeup services are limited to the difference between the contract price and the cost actually received by the artiste (less transaction fees). Any issues must be raised during the session.
Other Charges: Early morning surcharges, ampoules, lashes, and trial sessions are payable directly to the makeup artist on the day they are provided.
Interchangeable Terms: The terms “Photography”, “Photographer”, “Photo”, “Videography”, “Videographer”, and “Video” are interchangeable in these Terms.
Binding Agreement: This Agreement, together with the confirmed quotation, is the entire understanding between the Client and The Aurora Wedding regarding photography and videography. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be settled no later than one (1) week before the event date. Where the event date is within two (2) weeks at the time of booking, the full fee is payable upfront to confirm, since the balance would otherwise fall due within days of the deposit. Failure to remit the balance by the due date allows The Aurora Wedding to terminate the Agreement, retain all payments made, and forfeit any unused hours or services. This is in line with standard practice among wedding studios in Singapore.
Reschedule and Change: Rescheduling may result in credits or require a new contract. A change of photographer or event date (outside photographer-proposed changes) is considered a cancellation under Section 2 with a forfeiture of 50% of the payment.
Studio Usage and Studio Cancellation: Studio usage is subject to availability. Once The Aurora Wedding confirms a studio slot, that slot is held exclusively for the Client's date and is withdrawn from other couples. If the Client subsequently cancels the studio usage, or relocates the photoshoot away from The Aurora Wedding's studio, a studio cancellation fee of S$120 is payable. This is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss arising from a slot that can no longer be filled. This clause applies only to studio usage confirmed on or after 14 September 2026; studio bookings confirmed before that date are not subject to this fee. Where the Client's plans change, The Aurora Wedding will use reasonable efforts to move the studio slot to another available date in place of cancellation.
Coverage and Additional Charges: The Client is responsible for monitoring the agreed coverage hours. Additional charges apply if coverage extends beyond the package hours.
Delivery Date: “Delivery Date” means the calendar date on which The Aurora Wedding, photographer, or videographer first makes any media files (raw or edited) available to the Client through a download link or other method of transmission.
Patent Defects (Thirty-Day Review Window): The Client must examine all delivered media within thirty (30) consecutive days of the Delivery Date and notify The Aurora Wedding in writing (via WhatsApp or email) of any patent defects (defects reasonably discoverable on inspection) within that period. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the media as to patent defects, and the media is deemed accepted “as-is” and “as-received”.
Latent Defects: The Client’s rights in respect of latent defects (defects that could not have been discovered on reasonable inspection within the thirty-day review period) are not affected by the Thirty-Day Review Window. For latent defects, the Client must give written notice within thirty (30) days of discovery and in any event within twelve (12) months of the Delivery Date. After this twelve-month backstop, claims in respect of latent defects are time-barred.
Maximum Liability for Media Claims: For any timely claim under the Patent Defects or Latent Defects clauses, The Aurora Wedding’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the photography or videography services. The Aurora Wedding shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including emotional distress arising from the irreplaceable nature of the event.
File Retention: The Aurora Wedding stores photos, videos, and all other deliverables for thirty (30) days from the date the files are first delivered to the Client. After 30 days, the files will be removed permanently from our storage. The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up all files within this 30-day window. If the Client requires The Aurora Wedding to re-upload the files after the 30-day window, an administrative fee of S$150 applies and re-upload is subject to the availability of the files in our archives, which is not guaranteed.
Editing and Deliverables: Basic edits (exposure and colour correction) are included. Special edits refer to colour grading and subtle enhancements made to the Client’s wedding photos to ensure the tones and overall style align with the look of The Aurora Wedding website portfolio. The results may not be 100% identical to the portfolio, as variations in venue, lighting conditions, and colour themes can affect the final outcome. The Aurora Wedding does not change faces, smoothen skin, slim bodies, remove or add people, modify body parts, change skies, or perform anything outside the scope of the editing services described above. If the Client requires specialised retouching of this kind, it is chargeable at S$120 per photo. Requests beyond the included scope may incur additional fees. Edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive within 7 to 10 working days and edited video within 10 to 14 working days, counted from the event date or from the date the balance is paid in full, whichever is later (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays), or within 3 days with the Express Edit service. The photo montage (made automatically when the Client creates it), special edits, photo book and other items produced by partners follow the separate timelines stated for them. Default delivery format is JPEG (photos) and MP4 (H.264, 1080p) for video; alternative formats may be requested at least 14 days before the event and may incur additional fees.
Professional Substitution: The Aurora Wedding reserves the right to substitute the assigned photographer, videographer, or any professional with another of equal or higher calibre due to illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts. Such substitution does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or grounds for a refund or discount.
Equipment Failure and Data Loss: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, memory card corruption, theft of equipment, or data loss beyond The Aurora Wedding’s reasonable control, The Aurora Wedding’s liability is limited to a refund of the photography or videography fees actually paid by the Client. Subject to Section 3 (Non-Excludable Liability), The Aurora Wedding shall not be liable for the irreplaceable nature of the event or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Copyright: All photographs and video footage are the exclusive property of the Photographer and The Aurora Wedding, with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence granted to the Client for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.
This section applies to all pre-wedding (engagement) photography and videography sessions, whether conducted in Singapore or at a destination location (“Destination Pre-Wedding”). The terms of Section 6 apply equally except as modified below.
Date Selection and Weather: Outdoor sessions are subject to weather. The Aurora Wedding will reschedule once at no cost if the lead photographer determines on the morning of the shoot that conditions are unsafe or unworkable. Subsequent reschedules incur a SGD 300 administrative fee.
Location Permits and Access: The Client warrants that they have obtained any permits, fees, and consents required to access and photograph the chosen location (for example, Botanic Gardens commercial filming permit or hotel premises consent). The Client shall indemnify The Aurora Wedding for any third-party claims arising from unauthorised use of a location.
Destination Pre-Wedding, Travel Costs: Unless otherwise stated in the package, the Client is responsible for travel costs (airfare, accommodation, transport, visa fees, travel insurance) for both the Client and the assigned professional team. Where The Aurora Wedding bundles travel in the package, the bundled travel component is non-refundable once tickets are issued or hotel bookings are confirmed.
Destination Pre-Wedding, Visa and Travel Documents: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health declarations. If the Client is denied boarding or entry by an airline, immigration authority, or carrier, this is treated as a Client cancellation under Section 2.
Destination Pre-Wedding, Force Majeure: If a destination shoot is rendered impossible by foreign government action, natural disaster, epidemic, or material travel disruption at the destination, Section 2 (Force Majeure Refund Mechanic) applies. Non-recoverable third-party expenses (including non-refundable airline tickets and hotel cancellation fees) are deducted from any refund.
Equipment in Transit: The Aurora Wedding maintains its own equipment insurance. Loss or damage to equipment in transit does not absolve The Aurora Wedding’s delivery obligations; substitute equipment will be sourced where reasonably possible.
Drone and Aerial Footage: Where included, drone footage is subject to compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) regulations or the equivalent foreign authority. The Aurora Wedding will not fly in restricted zones, prohibited airspace, or in conditions deemed unsafe; substitution with ground-level footage is not a breach.
Health and Safety: For outdoor and destination shoots, the Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of outdoor environments (terrain, weather, wildlife, water hazards) and agrees to follow reasonable safety instructions from the lead photographer.
SDE Lead Time: Same-Day Edit requires a continuous editing window of at least 4 hours between the last covered moment and the screening time. The Client shall provide a workable editing space (chair, table, power outlet) at the venue. If the lead time falls below 4 hours due to event delay or other Client-side factors, the SDE will be delivered post-event without refund.
Screening Compatibility: The Client is responsible for confirming venue audio-visual compatibility (HDMI input, aspect ratio, audio output). The Aurora Wedding will deliver an MP4 (H.264, 1080p) by default; alternative formats must be requested at least 7 days before the event.
Projector or Sound Failure: Failure of venue equipment to play back the SDE is not a breach by The Aurora Wedding.
Documentary Recording: Documentary recording captures speeches, key moments, and ambient interactions in continuous form. Final runtime is determined by the actual event runtime. Audio quality is best-effort and depends on venue acoustics; ambient interference (background music, crowd noise, public-address announcements) is not a defect.
Eligibility: Where these items are listed as inclusions or complimentary upgrades, eligibility is conditional on the underlying photography or videography services being fully paid and delivered.
Activation Window: These items are produced on the Client’s request. The Client must submit a written request and image selection within one (1) month after the date the final files are delivered to the Client. After this 1-month window, the entitlement lapses and is forfeited without refund.
Design and Revisions: Design follows the standard Aurora layout. Any revisions are chargeable at the prevailing rate. Photo albums cannot be revised: once the album layout is submitted by the Client for production, it is final and no further changes can be made.
Production Time: Production of photo books and albums takes 4 to 8 weeks from the date the Client confirms the final layout, and may take longer during peak wedding seasons. Express production may be available for an additional fee. The photo montage video is generated automatically from the photos and song the Client uploads, and is usually ready within about 30 minutes of the Client creating it.
Photo Montage Video, Photo Quality: The photo montage video is made from the photos exactly as the Client uploads them, without retouching or enhancement. The Client is responsible for uploading high-resolution photos and confirms this before the montage is created. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for a blurry or poor-quality montage caused by low-resolution, compressed or otherwise poor-quality photos provided by the Client, and such a result is not a defect under Section 6.
Photo Montage Video, Download: The Client must download the finished montage video within 24 hours of being told it is ready. After that period, The Aurora Wedding may remove the video file and the download link may stop working, without further notice. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for a montage video that was not downloaded within that period. Seven (7) days after the montage video is made, the video, the song and the Client’s Montage upload folder, including the photos in it, are deleted automatically; the Client should keep their own copies.
Use Restrictions: Album, photo book, and montage video files are licensed to the Client for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written consent.
Driver: The bridal car is provided with a chauffeur arranged by The Aurora Wedding or its partners. The Client may not drive the vehicle personally.
Coverage Window and Mileage: The standard coverage window and mileage allowance are stated in the confirmed quotation. Coverage beyond the window is chargeable at the prevailing extension rate. Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges and parking fees incurred during coverage are already included in the package cost and will not be billed separately.
Conduct in Vehicle: No smoking, vaping, eating, or consumption of staining beverages (such as red wine) is permitted inside the vehicle. The Client is liable for cleaning and remediation costs of any breach.
Damage or Loss: The Client is liable for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the Client or their guests during coverage, capped at the actual repair or replacement cost.
Replacement Vehicle: The Aurora Wedding or its partners may substitute the confirmed vehicle with a similar or upgraded model in the event of breakdown, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund or discount is payable for substitution with an equivalent or superior vehicle.
Traffic Violations: Where a traffic violation arises from the Client’s instruction (such as illegal stop or unauthorised route), the Client shall reimburse The Aurora Wedding for the resulting fine.
The Aurora Wedding ensures that bridal car decorations meet your expectations. Once installation is completed and approved on site, the decorations are deemed accepted. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for any issues reported after the installation is complete. Please inspect the decoration together with our florist (or our team, for installation at your location) before the car leaves the workshop or before our team leaves, so that any issue can be rectified on the spot. Any issue reported after the car has left the installation location, or after our team has left, is not covered. Decoration materials are car-safe and approved for the supported vehicle finishes; the Client should notify The Aurora Wedding of any unusual paint coatings or wraps that may be sensitive. Full payment must be received prior to installation.
Scope: Decoration packages include the items listed in the confirmed quotation and standard setup or teardown. Theme variations beyond the standard catalogue may incur surcharges.
Venue Access: The Client shall ensure The Aurora Wedding’s team has venue access for setup at least 2 hours before the event start, and 1 hour after the event end for teardown. Venue restrictions on access time may limit setup quality; The Aurora Wedding is not liable for shortfalls caused by inadequate access.
Power and Structural: The Client confirms the availability of power outlets and structural mounting points where required. Damage to venue surfaces from approved mounting is the Client’s responsibility unless caused by The Aurora Wedding’s negligence.
Inspection on Setup: Once setup is complete and the Client (or their nominated coordinator) approves the setup on site, the decoration is deemed accepted. Issues raised post-event are not entertained.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required for high-value decoration items. The deposit is refunded within 14 days of the event subject to inspection of returned items.
Fixed Designs: All bouquet and floral designs are fixed and non-customisable in order to maintain affordable pricing for all couples. Clients may select from available designs in our catalogue.
Flower Substitution: Due to the seasonal nature of fresh flowers, The Aurora Wedding reserves the right to substitute specific flower varieties with alternatives of equal or higher quality and similar appearance without prior notice. Such substitution does not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Perishable Nature: Fresh flower arrangements are perishable. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for natural wilting, colour changes, or petal drop that occurs after delivery. Bouquets are designed to remain fresh for the duration of the event under normal conditions.
Pollen and Allergens: Some flowers (such as lilies) produce pollen that may stain fabric or trigger allergies. The Client should disclose any flower allergies in advance. The Aurora Wedding is not liable for pollen stains on garments or skin reactions where flower selection follows the Client’s confirmed catalogue selection.
Delivery and Acceptance: Bouquets are delivered to the designated address the day before the event. Any issues with the delivered arrangement must be reported immediately upon receipt. Once accepted, The Aurora Wedding is not liable for any subsequent damage or deterioration.
Refunds: Payments for bouquet and floral services are non-refundable once the order is confirmed. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged at the full rate.
Health Disclosure: The Client shall disclose, in writing, any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or recent medical procedures that may be relevant to any service under this Agreement.
Inherent Risks: The Client acknowledges that wedding events and outdoor shoots carry inherent risks (slips, trips, weather exposure, insect bites). The Aurora Wedding’s personnel will exercise reasonable care; the Client is responsible for the safety of guests and minors.
Non-Excludable Liability: Nothing in this Section or these Terms excludes The Aurora Wedding’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, as such exclusion would be void under the Unfair Contract Terms Act of Singapore.
Children in Photographs: Where photographs include minors, the Client warrants that they have the consent of the parent or legal guardian of each minor for The Aurora Wedding to (a) photograph the minor and (b) use the resulting images for the purposes set out in Section 18 (Image Usage and Marketing).
Third-Party Guest Consent: The Client warrants that they have obtained, or will obtain, the consent of any guest, family member, vendor, or third party appearing in delivered media for The Aurora Wedding’s use of such images for the purposes set out in Section 18. The Client shall indemnify The Aurora Wedding against any claim by such third party arising from breach of this warranty.
Right of Refusal: A guest who notifies The Aurora Wedding directly of an objection to use of their image may have their image withdrawn from marketing within a reasonable timeframe; this does not affect the Client’s personal-use licence over the image.
Client’s Insurance: The Client is encouraged to maintain wedding or event insurance covering venue liability, guest property, and personal valuables. The Aurora Wedding is not an insurer.
